Amy is the founder and Principal Psychologist of The Mindful Performer. She is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA registration number: PSY0002092083), an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society, a Member of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia, and a registered service provider under the Australian Government’s Better Outcomes for Mental Health Care Program (Provider number: 5736422A).

She has a Masters in Professional Psychology, many years of research into Performance and Sports Psychology and a long standing passion for, and experience with, helping performers achieve peak performance.  Her previous career as an opera singer, studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and the Royal Academy of Music in London and performing with Glyndebourne Opera and Opera Australia, offers her a unique insight into the pressures of elite performance.​

Amy specialises in the treatment of anxiety, especially performance related anxiety.  She is experienced working with children and adolescents, as well as adults.  Other services available include treatment of:
